Using ThemeHunk’s Advance Product Search for your store’s live search? SaveTo Wishlist adds a Save to Wishlist button to every product in the live search suggestions, so shoppers can save a product the moment they find it, with nothing to set up.
Advance Product Search shows live product suggestions in a dropdown as shoppers type. Those suggestions are built in the browser from the plugin’s own search results, so your shop page’s wishlist buttons never appear in them. A shopper who finds a product in search has to open its page before they can save it.
To solve this, SaveTo Wishlist adds a Save to Wishlist button to each product row in the live search dropdown. Only product rows get a button, so headings, categories and the “See All Results” link stay as they are. The button uses the style and colors you’ve set for your shop page buttons, so it matches the rest of your store.
The buttons keep up as the dropdown changes. When shoppers keep typing, or go back to an earlier search term, every product row still gets exactly one button, and products they’ve already saved still show as saved.
Shoppers can save a product straight from the live search dropdown, without opening the product page first.
The search buttons follow your Shop Page button settings, so they look like the wishlist buttons on the rest of your shop.
