About FluentCRM & SaveTo Wishlist

SaveTo Wishlist and FluentCRM work together to turn wishlist activity into targeted email campaigns. When a logged-in customer adds a product, removes an item, or saves a wishlist, the plugin automatically applies or removes a specific tag on their matching FluentCRM contact.

Because these act as ordinary FluentCRM tags, you can easily use the built-in "Tag Applied" and "Tag Removed" automation triggers to send a follow-up email, start an abandoned-wishlist sequence, or trigger any action FluentCRM supports.

Everything is designed to be fast and secure. The integration runs entirely on your site using FluentCRM's local API. This means there are no external HTTP calls, no complicated API keys to configure, and no outside services connected. Best of all, it works perfectly out of the box with the free version of FluentCRM.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this work for guest shoppers?No. Tagging requires a contact record, so it only applies to logged-in customers with an email address. Guest wishlist activity applies no tag.
Why is the tag dropdown empty in my settings?You need to have at least one tag created in FluentCRM first. Create one under Contacts, then come back and map it. Note: The tag list in the settings is cached for 5 minutes. If you just created a new tag, wait a few minutes or reload the page later if it is missing.
What happens when a product is removed?The "Added to wishlist" tag is removed from that contact, so your automations can reflect their current interest. Keep in mind that removing a product detaches the tag even if other products stay on their wishlist.
Does this work with the free version of FluentCRM?Yes! The integration works perfectly with both the free and Pro versions of FluentCRM.
